Refrigeration hermetic condensing units
Omnia Frigo offers a wide range of condensing units equipped with hermetic compressors, sheet metal conveyors, protective grilles, and three-way hermetic valves.
Power range: between 1/6 Hp and 6 Hp
Expansion: valve or capillary
Features:
· with back-closing.
· single-phase fan motor with shaded poles or electronic, minimum protection degree IP42,
· operates at temperatures between -30°C and +40°C
· wiring in accordance with directives 73/23 CE
· brazing carried out in methane-oxygen.
All condensing units are 100% inspected:
· electrical testing
· leak testing with mass spectrometer leak detector
Tropicalized range available for ambient temperatures up to 43°C.
Disponibile gamma tropicalizzata per temperature ambiente fino a 43°C.
Dorin semi-hermetic condensing units for refrigeration
We offer a wide range of semi-hermetic condensing units made by Dorin , which have always been a benchmark for performance and reliability.
Features:
· equipped with air-cooled condenser with copper tubes and newly designed aluminum fins
· high efficiency single-phase fan motors with protection grille
· liquid receiver with safety valve
vibration absorber on the discarghe line (when provided), gas and liquid pipes, load-bearing frame
All units can operate with R 134 a, R 404 A, R 507 R 407 F, R 407 A, R 407 C, R 449 R 448 A, R 513 A, R 450 A,R 452 A.
Different components can be assembled on all condensing units upon request:
· dryer· filter
· level indicator
· solenoid valve
· oil separator
· suction vibration absorber
· double pressure switch
· fan partialization pressure switch
· protective fairing.
Even subsequent assembly is particularly easy thanks to the presence of holes in the base for fixing each component.
