Evaporators for refrigeration and air conditioning

Omnia frigo offers a wide range of static evaporators made of copper and aluminum, which allow natural exchange by convection in food and floriculture applications.

Features:
· Possibility of operating with any type of HFC gas
· Particularly suitable for cheese and meat cold rooms, where product cooling must be carried out while preserving its characteristics
· Available in small sizes, for refrigerated counters and modules
· Available in commercial sizes for large cold rooms
Possibility of manufacturing with special materials (AISI 304/316 stainless steel tube and/or fins) and protective treatments for the battery on request

For applications with air temperatures below 2°C we recommend the use of defrost heaters.

We offer a wide range of cubic evaporators for industrial and food processing applications. They feature highly efficient heat exchange, reduced dehumidification, reduced frost formation, high air displacement, very small internal circuit volume, low noise levels, low energy consumption, and very compact dimensions.

Customization:
· possibility of protecting the exchanger with fins pre-painted with epoxy paint or with cataphoresis treatment
· also available with AISI 316 steel tubes
· fin pitches available between 4 and 12 mm

We offer a wide range of double-flow evaporators, made with the same technology as cubic evaporators, used in conditions where low air movement is required, in particular due to the presence of personnel in the cooled environment.

LUVE shock freezer evaporators are ideal wherever a rapid reduction in product temperature is required, delivering a powerful flow of very low-temperature air. For this pupose, blowers with high residual static pressure are used, which deliver a powerful flow of air to the product, producing a continuous supply of large amounts of cold. The large fin spacing allows these evaporators to operate for extended periods, even in the presence of significant ice buildup.
