Coldyfor

Coldyfor is the Boxcold brand dedicated to refrigeration systems for cold rooms. The range includes solutions that use R290 (propane) and machines designed for A2L class refrigerants A2L class refrigerants: two options to evaluate based on the characteristics of the cold room and the system.

R290: a natural refrigerant

R290 is a natural refrigerant with a very low global warming potential. In Coldyfor units that use it, it allows for refrigeration systems to be constructed using a refrigerant with a low climate impact.

A2L Refrigerant Solutions

Coldyfor also offers machines for A2Lrefrigerants , classified as slightly flammable. This line expands the options available for those designing or installing a cold room and wishing to evaluate low-GWP refrigerants.

R290 and A2L have different characteristics and application requirements. Therefore, the unit selection must be made by checking the refrigerant recommended for the model, the required performance, and the installation conditions.

Monoblocks and systems for cold rooms

The Coldyfor range includes wall-mounted monoblocks from the IPAM 400, 600 e 800 series, with various mounting options. The units can be integrated with Boxcold cold rooms; the electronics also allow for remote control of the system's functions via an app.
